Same customer, new role. As architect I led the second phase of the utility’s self-service — this time for business customers — and then a communication platform ingesting large volumes of data into Agillic for marketing automation. In between, a short return to the B2B commerce customer from my developer years: the final stretch of an AS400-to-Business-Central migration, where most of the work was finding the integrations that depended on the old ERP. After that came a new B2B commerce platform built from scratch — for a different commerce customer — where I was main technical architect: modular monoliths with boundaries enforced by architecture tests, Dapr on Azure Container Apps, and staged event-driven processing built around the message broker.
